Crispy fried eggplant stacked lasagna-style with pesto and marinara, bound by gooey cheese, and sided by a salad.


This thing is just so wrong, but again oh so right! Everything you'd expect in a bacon double cheeseburgher, hand-rolled lovingly within a giant tortilla and fried to a crispy golden brown. With pico & pickles, drizzled with dijon-sriracha sauce.


The Indian superfood you've probably never heard about (like those hipster bands): Jackfruit, featuring a meaty texture and boasting over 20% of daily recommended fiber, and almost no fat, done sofrito styly with a smoky chipotle overtone.
