Rich, hoppy flavor / Pleasantly smooth mouth-feel / Surprising complexity and fullness on the palate / Medium finish.
IC Light is low on calories and carbs, but full on flavor with a super smooth, light malt taste that is crisply refreshing.
Oskar Blues’ Mama’s Little Yellow Pils
Oskar Blues’ Mama’s Little Yella Pils is an uncompromising, small-batch version of the beer that made Pilsen, Czech Republic, famous. Unlike mass market “pilsners” diluted with corn & rice, Mama’s is built with 100% pale malt, German specialty malts, and Saaz hops. While its rich with Czeched-out flavor, its gentle hopping (35 IBUs) and low ABV (just 5.3%) make it a luxurious but low-dose (by Oskar Blues standards) refresher.
An amber Vienna-style lager beer that is smooth, mellow and full bodied, with delicate hop aroma. Uses two-row barley malt and caramel-roasted malt. Based on founder Tom Pastorius' favorite German bier.
Upfront this brew has a light malt mouthfeel with dextrin sweetness that turns almost tea-like. Then a vague hop bitterness and mild sharpness that builds towards the end of the flavour, with some dry grain notes. DMS (cooked vegatable) flavours are also present as this brew warms.
Copper in color this brew is made from Six different malts. Toasted Lager displays a balanced flavor of malt and hop which makes it easy drinking. Special lager yeast is used to produce that long lasting, smooth finish.

Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA
60 Minute IPA is continuously hopped -- more than 60 hop additions over a 60-minute boil. (Getting a vibe of where the name came from?) 60 Minute is brewed with a slew of great Northwest hops. A powerful but balanced East Coast IPA with a lot of citrusy hop character, it's the session beer for hardcore enthusiasts!
Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA
Esquire Magazine calls our 90 Minute IPA "perhaps the best IPA in America." An imperial IPA best savored from a snifter, 90 Minute has a great malt backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate. 90 Minute IPA was the first beer we continuously hopped, allowing for a pungent -- but not crushing -- hop flavor.
Green Flash West Coast IPA
As craft beer pioneers, we embarked on an expedition to brew the benchmark West Coast IPA. We ventured into the unknown and struck gold, discovering a tantalizing menagerie of hops. Simcoe for tropical and grapefruit zest, Columbus for hop pungency, Centennial for pine notes, Citra for citrus zest and Cascade for floral aroma are layered throughout the brewing process. West Coast IPA® exemplifies the Green Flash spirit of adventure and discovery.
Oskar Blues’ G’Knight
Our “Velvet M-80” is a hefty, dry hopped double-red ipa with a nose full of aroma, a sticky mouthfeel, a malty middle and unctuous hop flavors. G’Knight sports a surprisingly sensuous finish for a beer of its size (8.7% ABV, 60 IBUs). It’s brewed in tribute to a fellow Colorado craft beer pioneer and Vietnam vet who died fighting a 2002 wild fire outside of our Lyons hometown. For all the details behind this tribute follow this link to www.N3978Y.com . G’Mornin’. G’Day. G’Knight.
Southern Tier 2X IPA
An India Pale Ale kicked up a notch to form a true Double IPA. Feverishly hoppy with a malty backbone and higher-than-standard alcohol contentn. Citrusy hops tease the senses with aromatics and lingering bitterness, while just the right balance of malts disguises 2XIPAs extra gravity.
By definition, an India Pale Ale is hoppier and higher in alcohol than its little brother, pale ale-and we deliver in spades. Now one of the most well respected and best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with citrusy flavor and hop aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. This crisp, extra hoppy brew is hugely refreshing on a hot day, but will always deliver no matter when you choose to drink it.

Bell’s Two Hearted Ale
An India Pale Ale style well suited for adventurous trips to the Upper Peninsula. American malts and enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish and an incredibly floral aroma.
Taking notes from Brown Ale’s British roots, the beer picks up a strong American accent through its firm hop character and roasty palate. A blend of six malts takes center stage, giving the beer its deep russet-brown color and complex flavors. Hints of cocoa, your favorite coffee, and caramel swirl beneath a delicate dry-hopped veil of dark fruity aromas. Brooklyn Brown Ale is perfect with any red meat, roasted poultry or barbecue, though it’s also a favorite on its own.
Mad River Jamaica Red Ale
Our legendary red ale. This mahogany hued ale brings an intense spectrum of spicy aromatic hop character balanced by a full-bodied caramel richness. 2011 Silver Medal winner at the Great American Beer Festival in the American Style Amber/Red Ale category.
Sweet (but not very malty) and light bodied in the begining. Toasted notes. A crispness creeps up pretty quickly followed by corn sweetness and a definite alcohol taste distinctly from the added maize grits. DMS (cooked vegetables) is also on the palate. Hop notes are leafy, a bit oily. They meld with the prominent yeast profile, that seems to dominate, to create a dryness. Brew gets a bit tea-like, then the tongue then gets coated with a light hop oil/astringent dose of residual flavours from the yeast.
Oskar Blues Dale’s Pale Ale
This voluminously hopped mutha delivers a hoppy nose and assertive-but-balanced flavors of pale malts and citrusy floral hops from start to finish. Oskar Blues launched its canning ops in 2002, brewing and hand-canning Dale’s Pale Ale in the Lyons, ColoRADo, brewpub. Dogfish Head Midas Touch
This sweet yet dry beer is made with ingredients found in 2,700-year-old drinking vessels from the tomb of King Midas. Somewhere between wine and mead, Midas will please the chardonnay and beer drinker alike.
Crisp with a champagne like smoothness that cradles a effervescent body. Fresh raspberry juice like a Jolly-rancher or sweet tart. Very fruity with very vague beer like characteristics. Undertones of barnyard, horse blanket and apple peel flavours get masked much by the acidity. Finishes quite clean. Little in the after taste.
Magic Hat #9
A beer cloaked in secrecy. An ale whose mysterious and unusual palate will swirl across your tongue and ask more questions than it answers. A sort of dry, crisp, refreshing, not-quite pale ale. #9 is really impossible to describe because there's never been anything else quite like it.
Sweet and golden with a crisp kick, a hint of green apple and a long, bittersweet finish.

The unfiltered brewing method allows it to retain its natural authenticity along with the many vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
